Rihanna and Chris Brown were spotted at the Twenty One club in Dubland, Ireland.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Chris Brown has been charged with a felony after an alleged violent incident on Saturday night, Access Hollywood has learned.

Earlier on Sunday, the LAPD was investigating Brown for assault following an alleged domestic violence felony battery against a woman reported to be the singer's girlfriend, Rihanna , at 12:30 AM on Sunday in Los Angeles. Both Brown and Rihanna pulled out of Sunday evening's Grammy Awards before the ceremony.

Brown has turned himself in on Sunday evening, the LAPD confirmed to Access. According to his booking sheet, he is currently being held on a $50,000 bail under a felony charge.

According to the LA Times, the alleged assault was against Rihanna , though the LAPD would not confirm that report.

Earlier, the LAPD confirmed to Access that the R&B singer and the woman were in a vehicle on North June St. in the Hancock Park area of LA, where the victim claims an argument occurred. Brown allegedly stopped the car and the woman suffered "visible injuries" and identified the singer as her attacker.

"Mr Brown is a suspect that we are looking for... we would definitely like to speak with him," a spokesperson for the LAPD told Access on Sunday evening.

When contacted by Access on Sunday night, a rep for Rihanna said that the singer was "well."

" Rihanna is well. Thank you for concern and support," the rep said.

A rep for Chris Brown did not return calls from Access.

"We have just been informed that Rihanna will not be attending tonight's 51st Annual GRAMMY Awards," a Grammy rep confirmed to Access late Sunday afternoon. "We're sorry she is unable to join us this evening."

The rep issued a similar statement regarding Brown later in the evening.

"We have just been informed that Chris Brown will not be attending tonight's 51st Annual GRAMMY Awards. We're sorry he is unable to join us this evening," the rep told Access.

On Saturday evening, the music couple walked the red carpet separately at the Grammy Salute to Industry Icons honoring Clive Davis at the Beverly Hilton, and were spotted smiling together inside the party.

Rihanna was set to perform and was nominated for three Grammys, while Brown was up for two awards at the ceremony.

From LA Times:

[Updated 8:17 p.m.] R&B singer Chris Brown has been booked tonight on suspicion of making felony criminal threats in connection with an incident involving his girlfriend, pop singer Rihanna, according to Los Angeles Police Department sources familiar with the case.

Brown was being booked at the Wilshire Division station and is expected to post $50,000 bail, sources said.

Etta James and Beyonce Knowles

After being on Beyonce's sack for portraying her in the recent firm Cadillac Records, Etta James recently tore a new butt hole in Queen B for performing her legendary "At Last" ballad for the first couple...

Though she wasn't the first singer to perform it, the 71-year-old James has made the smoldering ballad "At Last" her signature song since it became a hit for her in 1961. Beyoncé sang for President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama's first dance at the Neighborhood Ball two weeks ago. For some reason, that seems to have angered James, who put Beyoncé, and the president, for that matter, on blast during a show at Seattle's Paramount Theatre on January 28.

During the gig, she criticized the singer's performance at the inauguration. "You guys know your president, right? You know the one with the big ears?" began her rant, a recording of which was obtained by TMZ. "Wait a minute, he ain't my president. He might be yours; he ain't my president. But I tell you that woman he had singing for him, singing my song - she's going to get her a- whipped.

"The great Beyoncé," James went on. "Like I said, she ain't mine. ... I can't stand Beyoncé. She has no business up there, singing up there on a big ol' president day, gonna be singing my song that I've been singing forever."

*UPDATE: Etta James recently made a statement to the media claiming that she was just "joking" around...

"I didn't really mean anything," James said. "Even as a little child, I've always had that comedian kind of attitude. ... That's probably what went into it." Still, James acknowledged being miffed she wasn't invited to perform her signature song for Obama's first dance with his wife on inauguration night. James said she was "feeling left out of something that was basically mine, that I had done every time you look around." She said she liked Beyoncé's performance, but when asked if she thought she could have done better, James answered, "I think so. That's a shame to say that."

Cam'ron on the cover of XXL Magazine!

Killa Cam' is back in black and featured the cover of the new XXL Magazine!

The cover story features Cam finally speaking on his enigmatic hiatus, Diplomats ownership, being an alleged "paper gangster" and the root of his rifts with Jim Jones and Juelz Santana, among other things. While Dipset loyalists seemingly can't get over Dipset being a Cam-less crew, Killa appears to have moved on. "...So I understand what the fans are saying," Cam told XXL executive editor Vanessa Satten, who penned the article. "And it's kinda messed up. But what you gotta realize is that things can always be fixed behind the scenes. But once a problem gets public, it's kind of unfixable."

Causes for problems with Jim Jones:
"The two things that you could say it was is: The come to my house and try to start a fake beef between me and [Jim]," Cam explained. "And the kinda like siding with 50 when me and him is in the dead middle of beefing or whatever."

Eddie Murphey

Eddie Murphy has played various types of father roles in his movies but OK! Magazine has recently reported that he has yet to play one in the life of his daughter Angel with former Spice Girl, Mel B.

"To see the kid, he'd have to see the mother," a friend of the Norbit actor, 47 (who has five other children by his ex-wife Nicole Mitchell, and two from a previous relationship), tells OK!. "Maybe when she's older, Eddie will see Angel, but not now."

Mel, 33 (real name Melanie Brown), says, "I want Angel to know she has two parents who love her so much," but the insider scoffs, "Mel's a crazy woman. Eddie wants to stay far away from her."

Michael Phelps smokes weed

Being an 8-time Gold Medal Olympic winner, you'd assume that Michael Phelps likes to party and celebrate with his friends like the average 23-year-old would. Here we have Phelps photographed smoking Marijuana out of a glass bong at the University Of South Carolina in Columbia...

"I engaged in behavior which was regrettable and demonstrated bad judgment. I'm 23 years old and despite the successes I've had in the pool, I acted in a youthful and inappropriate way, not in a manner people have come to expect from me. For this, I am sorry. I promise my fans and the public it will not happen again."
